DUI Expert Services 

 

Our DUI Expert offers multiple services, which include DUI case consulting, training and testimony as an Expert Witness. See below for a detailed description of each service that is available: 

Critical errors are often made by officers in DUI arrests due to not following their training, a lack of proficiency with their training or not being skilled in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. These errors can compromise the evidence in your case. 

 

Have your DUI case intensively and objectively reviewed by a highly qualified expert, who understands how to identify these errors and who has trained thousands of professionals to include police officers, judges, private attorneys and prosecutors in the complex field of impaired driving.

 

Following the review, a comprehensive computer generated report will be provided that will identify all the errors made during your arrest, as well as the things the officer did correctly. This will allow you to have all of the facts, good or bad, before making your decision on how to proceed with your case. 

After providing a comprehensive review of all the evidence in your case, there may be a need to provide expert testimony to the judge or jury at a pre-trial hearing or at trial, to explain how critical errors made by the officer may have compromised the validity of the evidence. 

 

Mr. Lloyd has been testifying as an Expert Witness in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFSTs) for more than 21 years in the private sector and has been retained on more than 5000 alcohol and drug related cases. He has never been denied by any court as an Expert Witness on DUI Detection, SFSTs or Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) procedures. 

We offer training to any and all professionals that work in the impaired driving field. Our expert was an IACP/NHTSA Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Instructor and a NHTSA SFST Instructor, as well as the Impaired Driving Training Coordinator for the Georgia State Patrol during his career as a State Trooper. 

 

We offer training courses on all the NHTSA impaired driving curriculums either in the full format or in an overview format. These curriculums include DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST), Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), as well as Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). We also offer courses on other DUI realted topics.
